What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, agency name) and the listing photographs you upload for staging. We do not buy data about you and we do not sell data to anyone.
How uploaded photos are handled
Photographs you upload are stored in your workspace and sent to our AI image provider solely to generate the staged version you requested. Staged results are retained alongside your originals so you can review and download them. ShowDwell does not currently offer self-service image deletion. To request deletion of workspace images, contact us at the address below.
Business contact information
We may use business contact details published by estate agencies, company websites and reputable public business directories to introduce ShowDwell to relevant corporate subscribers. This can include a work email address, role, agency, branch, website and the public source and date on which we found it. We may also record a public listing URL and factual notes used to make an introduction relevant.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, our purpose is proportionate business-to-business marketing to estate agencies likely to use virtual staging. We review the corporate status, relevance and likely privacy impact before approving an email. We do not infer personal details from an email address, use tracking pixels, or create a staged version of a listing photograph without the agency’s permission.
Services we rely on
Authentication and storage run on Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. AI image generation and assisted research of public business pages are performed by our model provider under our instructions. Approved outreach is sent through our Google Workspace mailbox. We do not sell business contact data.

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can export your images at any time. To request deletion of workspace images or closure of your account, contact hello@showdwell.com. See also our terms of service.
You can object to business outreach at any time by replying “unsubscribe”, using the unsubscribe link in the email, or emailing us. We stop further outreach and retain only the minimum suppression record needed to respect that choice. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion of business contact information, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
