The service
ShowDwell generates virtually staged versions of listing photographs you upload. Plans include a monthly allowance of staging credits; each generation attempt counts toward the allowance. If a failed generation consumes a credit, contact us; we will review the job and correct the balance when the failure is confirmed.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photographs you upload and to the staged images we generate for you. You confirm you have the right to use the photographs you upload. We use your images only to provide the service.
Honest use
Virtually staged images must be presented honestly. Most MLSs and advertising rules require staged images to be disclosed as virtually staged — that disclosure is your responsibility as the advertiser. Architecture Lock provides generative guardrails intended to limit edits to removable dressing, but results can still contain errors. Compare every result with the source photograph before download, and do not use the service to misrepresent the physical condition or structure of a property.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe in the GBP or USD currency selected at checkout, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled for the next renewal from the billing portal. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowDwell’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
